Delete your account

For patients who use the ToothLink app, the ToothLink Pro app or this patient portal.

What happens

  • Straight away: your login is deleted and every phone signed in to it is signed out. The same happens if you use Delete my account inside the app.
  • Your file: your clinic is asked to erase it too. Your name, contact details, history, photograph and messages can be erased; a clinic may have to keep its treatment and billing records for the period the law requires, and those are kept under a file number with your details removed.
  • This cannot be undone. Nothing erased comes back.

Cannot get a code? Write to mydstechnology@gmail.com with your name, your clinic and your mobile number, and we will take it up with your clinic.
